Marketing Ops

Charged with streamlining our marketing processes, I designed what calls the WorkOS for our team. Through observation, surveying, user testing and only a few tears I helped to bring eight creative marketing members and 9 demand gen under one project management roof and facilitate communication between departments.

Through the streamlined processes in creative, our team was able to triple podcast output, double the quarterly blogs, and scale content production for global teams.


Successfully managed and oversaw a comprehensive redesign of a major website, resulting in a significant improvement in user experience and engagement scores. This included leading a cross-functional team, coordinating with various vendors, and implementing data-driven design decisions that led to a 65% increase in conversion rates.

A year later I am currently leading a global integration of our website into parent brand.
