After trying out a few tools, I got certified in Monday.com's project management methods, becoming a master of their platform. I implemented a custom Initiative > Workstream > Deliverable framework that saw a 3x increase in completed work. Sometimes the chaos is just a workflow that is one small tweak away from becoming something great.

I started with one team's quarterly webinar workflow, refined it, then replicated across the org. After acquisition, the same framework scaled into workspaces for entire countries and regions, all tracked in real time.
